Frontage / Driveway

Balmill Villa has a driveway with parking for several cars. The front of the villa has a balcony area leading to the front door.

The rear garden can also be accessed from the driveway.

Ground Floor

Entering from the front door you arrive in the hall area, leading to the lounge and dining areas.

The villa has been comfortably furnished with sofas, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi and a selection of books. The dining area has a table to accommodate 6 people.

French doors are situated off of the dining area for ease of access to the garden and pool. The view of the garden / pool is great from the dining area.

From the dining area you enter the kitchen. This is fully fitted with an oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave and fridge/freezer. Other appliances include a toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board. Cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware (internal and external) have been provided.

From the hall area you access the family bathroom and the two downstairs bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath and shower and benefits from good water pressure (a problem at some locations / villa’s).

Both double downstairs bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and a bed side table. Both rooms have twin beds.


Upstairs

The master bedroom is situated on the first floor. The room has a double bed, air conditioning, dressing table and a fitted wardrobe. The room also benefits from an ensuite bathroom.

The feature balcony wraps around the top of the building providing stunning views of the ‘five finger mountains’, sea, garden and pool areas.

Outside

There is a large private 8x4m overflow swimming pool with underwater lighting.

There are non slip patio areas surrounding the pool for relaxing and sunbathing and natural shaded areas by the olive trees.

The pool is serviced once a week to aid your enjoyment.
